Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail second class (2-3 working days) or Hermes courier 3-5 working days). We aim to dispatch within 48 hours. Please bear in mind working days do not include Bank Holidays or Weekends and that shipping times may be longer than usual as the country learns to cope with life during Covid-19.
Should you require your item sooner please email us at thepieguide.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
RETURNS
- You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your original order, including sale items.
- Please use the original packaging and include the order number your return relates to, your details and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Customer pays for return postage unless the item is faulty.
- Once the return is received, any refund will automatically be issued to the method of payment used when ordering.
- Refunds typically take 5 working days in the UK, dependent on your bank/card issuer.
- In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
